MS
I am a former football player and was a tight end for Jacksonville State University. During my college career, I was a part of five conference championships, national championship runner up, a team captain, and a strength and conditioning All American. I eventually landed an opportunity with the Indianapolis Colts, where I would end my playing career and transition to mental performance. Throughout my playing experience, one thing that always played a huge part was the mental game. Mental performance is what helped me become the player I was by developing a routine, self-talk regimen, and the ability to refocus. Understanding that I wasn’t the most physically talented athlete on the field made me realize that I could be even better if I was at my peak performance mentally. I went back to school to complete two master’s degrees, as well as work towards my mental performance consultant license. I have spent the past five years working with youth and professional athletes in a variety of sports. What motivates me to work with athletes is helping them unlock their potential and become the best player they can be at every opportunity and reach their desired goal within their sport.
