As a former volleyball and track and field athlete, my interest to work within the field of sport and performance psychology was sparked by my personal experience with career-ending injury. This journey motivated me to pursue a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from California Baptist University. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Sciences from Point Loma Nazarene University. These programs provided a solid foundation in understanding the relationship between mental and physical health in athletic performance. With hands-on experience working with collegiate golf, baseball, and water polo athletes, my goal is to develop tailored mental performance strategies for athletes at all levels. I am committed to enhancing resilience, motivation, and stress management by inspiring athletes to overcome challenges and maximize their potential, encouraging well-rounded development along the way.
